Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

7. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom and printed nature of our products:

ALL PRINTED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

Exceptions may be made only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
