Thank you for shopping with 89 Print. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Because our apparel is custom printed, additional production time may be required before shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • High order volume

89 Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

89 Print is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, 89 Print is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.


6. Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

support@89print.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and provide a resolution if applicable.


7. International Shipping (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
