Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with 89 Print. Because our products are custom printed apparel, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. All Printed Apparel is Final Sale

All printed apparel products sold by 89 Print are FINAL SALE.

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or alignment

  • Slight color differences due to screen display

Because each item is made-to-order, it cannot be restocked or resold.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if the item you received is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item sent (wrong design, size, or product)

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photo of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Failure to report within 3 days may result in denial of your claim.


3. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, 89 Print may provide one of the following at our sole discretion:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.


4. Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

We provide sizing charts for reference. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.


5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

We cannot guarantee modifications after order placement.


6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Failure to receive the package

  • Refused delivery

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Refunds will not be issued for refused or abandoned packages.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom printed apparel

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Gift cards


8. Fraud and Abuse Protection

89 Print reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or replacements in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Abuse of policy

  • False damage claims
